Can't wait to be away from this forest. It's no proper place for a dwarf to be. Not without a good suit of plate armour anyway.
Don't like how the trees cast shadows. You never know where some nasty rat might be lurking.
Spent night in the cold. It's not bad to do from time to time but Brothers Above, did my toes go stiff during the night.
Heard some rustling next to the river. Gave it a wide berth. No point running headlong into a possible rat nest.
Next day we pushed on without a rest. Got back to town near midnight.
