The Chainshatter Order was an organized guard and military force that acted the primary enforcers tasked with abolishing the acts of slavery within Apia when it was abolished. With most of these acts diminished, only remaining in the most secluded and isolated of places, the Chainshatter Order has been repurposed with the task of maintaining order under the gaze of the Guild Council. While there are several sections of the order within the country, organized and run independently of other chapters, but they primarily take orders from the Council.
