This lithe scaled Kobold is 0.73 meters high, and only 30 lbs, which is oddly small for their kind. The Kobold's eyes meet your gaze, their smooth pointed snout smiling as they study you in return. Thin, long frills on the side of their head raise with their smile. Two very short nubs for horns adorn the top of their head, one with a thin silver band at its base. Their clothing is tasteful and in-trend, displayed on their chest is a small, golden badge. Their long tail catches your eyes-- if it were not raised it would be dragging on the ground. The Kobold takes note of this and shifts their posture, obscuring the bags at the tail base behind them. Their tail sways to their side, silver rings of metal banded near the tail's sharp spiked tip. Their hand rests calmly on their belt, just above a oddly designed thin metal club, on the other side of their belt is a small, ornate hand-pick attached by a chain. They raise their free hand in a gesture of greeting, as they break the silence held between you and them.
"To what do I owe your attention, friend? If you wish to mingle, we can stop by the tavern nearby. But first, what is your name?"
