Dorbulgruf Shalescar is the speaker of Bremen. He is the oldest speakers of all Ten Towns and until recently was admired as a great leader and wise Speaker whos opinion was well received among the Speakers Council. In the past year, his mind has declined severely and he drifts from present to veiled in confusion; oftentimes only speaking in Dwarven while in his addled state. Several times over the past few months he has wondered off away from town and search parties have been dispatched to find him. He is generally not far away, oftentimes staring out into the middle of the lake. He takes hours to return to his usual demeanor and never remembers how or why he wandered away.
