Trovus serves as the speaker of Caer-Konig but mostly because no one else wants the job. He's kinds, but a relentless drunk that isnt always reliable. He wants the best for Caer-Konig, but its easier to go to the bar and drown himself in booze than accept that he is currently failing to represent the town appropriately.
He is generally well liked otherwise, but it could be because he's always too far into his cup to remember if he's already paid folks or not.
