Lask is a master Weapons Smith and Dealer, the finest in the Region. He has a large collection of unique weapons that he has gathered over a number of years. Upon first visiting his shop, the Monk Tabaxi Jzargo recognized a Blade he had been chasing for many years. A family heirloom that was lost to his family when his monastery was raided by Orcs and it was taken from his parents when they were slain.
The blade was a fine one, and worth a nice pile of gold to the right buyer. Jzargo, inquired about its purchase and told Lask the story of its origin. Being the business man that he is, Lask made him an offer far outside the Tabaxi's affordability. Jzargo bargained fiercely, and Lask offered him a deal to forgoe the price of the blade.
A Fight in the pits
- If J'zargo wins, he gets to keep the blade - no money exchanged.
- If Lask Wins, he gets to take the Dwarven Cleric Eydis, who J'zargo is travelling with as a wife.
Needless to say, J'zargo realized a losing game, and came up with a plan to break into the shop and steal the sword while Lask attended Dzaans Execution.
He made his way into the shop, but Lask returned and caught him before the Tabaxi could make off with his prize.
The confrontation resulted into a skirmish that left Jzargo Dead at the hands of Lask and his Nine Lives Stealer Sword.
