Beyond the Duergar Outpost and Beneath Kelvin's Cairn a buried cavern houses a sinister secret. Within it Chardalyn grown rampant beneath the watchful eye of a Grand Statue constructed to honor the transition of Akar Kessel of the Arcane Brotherhood to Kessel the Red.
It sits upon a floating platform of stonework built a century ago and overlooks a strange pattern of circles upon ground.
