At the edges of the Elkwood forest, nestled near the sands, is the Saurian settlement known as Tricera; named after the first species of Saurian to choose sentience.
The Saurians who originally settled here built a temple to honor their lord Kapsashi and elected a leader known as the Velocipastor who follows the teachings of Taellai's Dawn Clan which preach the virtues of selflessness and community. Members of the Grave Clan, who value power and tyranny over all else, have also settled in Tricera.
At this time, it is unkown whether the Velocipastor will continue his rule or if the sneaking Dinofather will take command.
