Elected to power by the Saurians who helped to found Tricera, Todd was given the title of Velocipastor for his righteous commitment to the teachings of the Dawn Clan. Nervous and easily startled, Todd trusts very few; especially now that there have been attempts on his life. He hopes to find the Horn of the Dawn and summon the Dawn Spino, who will have the power to rid Tricera from the Grave Clan's chokehold.
