Founded in 2077 AR, by Cenbald Seraph, this coastal city is one of the wealthiest in Triumverten. It is also the capital city of the Kingdom of Florna, where Queen Gloria Astor III sits as reigning monarch.
The mass amount of exported goods; ranging from food, liquor, spices, furs, to even weapons, swells the vaults and banks of the city. The need for soldiers grew as time went on for San Seraph, and eventually, the Kingdom of Cordelia was a thriving source of wealth, and a haven for the elite. With time, laws would start being introduced that put pressure on the working classes of the city.
In recent times, San Seraph still maintains it's aura of vast wealth and trade. However, a significant portion of the city is starving and dying. With the nobles buying up the stores of food, and pirates confiscating what is meant to be sold to the masses, it seems revolution or anarchy may be on the horizon. Yet, the guards have stifled change for thousands of years, and may continue to do so if the Triumvirate does not release their oligarchial hold on it's people.
