This creates bright light in a 30-foot emanation around the item. Evil creatures in the area are frightened 1, and can’t lower their frightened value below 1 as long as they remain in the light. Fiends in the area increase any weakness to good damage they have by 5. You can Sustain this Activation for up to 1 minute.

*Grand Gift (Guardian Angel): Activate: Free Action; Trigger: You need Sarenrae's help; Frequency: As Sarenrae wills; Effect: Sarenrae sends an avatar of her balisse guardian in a Large angel battle form. They can cast spells in this battle form. They last for 1 minute and don't have a minion trait (and thus have 3 actions and 1 reaction per turn and don't have to be sustained or commanded).  If the angel is slain, they might not be available to be called again for some time.
