Rolaa Ki is the cousin of crewmember Madaa Ki. He murdered the whole of their tribe, and now tentatively hunts after her, though his ultimate goals are unknown.
He is the leader of a group of individuals that go by the name The Bond of Shadows, though little is known about them.
