An ancient order of Elves, little is known about them other than that they were given a fragment of the God Killer blade to protect, legends mention that they “concealed it and lived like dwarves, deep beneath the great forest of their fellows”.
Based on common factors from different historical accounts and passing mentions the Raven Guard have determined some things about the Order of Tilexia that they believe to be true.
The Order of Tilexia was formed thousands of years ago, dating back at least to Namorian times and possibly further. They have been tentatively linked to a number of mysterious deaths as well as the disappearance or outright theft of certain artefacts both inside and outside of the Elven lands.
It is believed that the Order was founded by three individuals and they those three remain the only actual full members of the order - at this stage they would be extremely old, even by elven standards. It is likely that there are many agents that work for the Order, though in most cases this is organised through intermediaries so it is unlikely that they know they are working for the Order.
It is not entirely clear but the purpose of the Order seems to be to acquire and either destroy or contain sources of arcane and divine magic that they think are too powerful to be used. There is at least one mention of them seeking to avoid a magical cataclysm.
