Part of the treasure hoard of the kobold. Gifted to Felix Rex by Vek as a reward for returning the jewel adorned stone. It is clearly magical and when used with intent the blade itself seems to pass through barriers and armour but instead of causing physical harm it magically induces sleep in the target.
