Found in a buried Elemental Temple, in a chamber of ice through a water filled tunnel. A ring made from some sort of blue stone that, when worn, grants the wearer the ability to breath underwater.
Now in the possession of Ameera Kal (DT) who was gifted it by Johannes Kal (who then demanded it back to no avail when she revealed that it was magical).
