- He offers the houses of the people who died in The Battle of Phandalin for sale.
- Start rebuilding the mayor's office.
- Destroying the shrine of luck
- Offer Alderleaf farm on the market.
- Sends word to Lionshield Coster to send someone to take over their branch in Phandalin.
- Sells the Miner's Exchange to Gundren Rockseeker.
- Implements tax laws
