A 2m tall wooden statue in honor of Abrams Panzer is erected in the middle of the village, in memory of his heroic deeds during The Battle of Phandalin.

A 2.2m tall wooden statue in honor of Thorin son of Thror is erected right next to the statue of Abrams Panzer, in honor of Thorin's bravery in battle, and the symbolic Whistle he gave the mayor to honor the memory of the fallen.

As the new mayor of the village, Ander takes actions in an attempt to rebuild:
- He offers the houses of the people who died in The Battle of Phandalin for sale.
- Start rebuilding the mayor's office.
- Destroying the shrine of luck
- Offer Alderleaf farm on the market.
- Sends word to Lionshield Coster to send someone to take over their branch in Phandalin.
- Sells the Miner's Exchange to Gundren Rockseeker.
- Implements tax laws
