The stone breaks with an enormous force after using it, dealing 2d100 force damage to the user.
When used the stone glows in a bright blue light blidning the user for 1 minute and permenantly disabling their eyesight, making them being able to see only 6m away.
After the stone explodes the user, if survived, feels his strength being drained out of him (to a minimum of 3), while his intelligence rises. For every strength lost you gain intelligence.
