The bodies of 3 Blink Dogs, 2 Phase Spiders, and an Ethereal Filcher are spread around the ground.
There is an altar with dried blood on top of it. - History -
The altar used to be a hiding spot for a Scroll of Summon Greater Demon scroll, it had a hovering flashing Ruby that blocked passage to the Ethereal Plane via the altar. Abrams and Eldes destroyed the ruby together with Fefnir Thessalie who took the scroll after the fight against the Ethereal monsters that came through the portal.

Rashid ad-Din Sinan met Eve Ning 2 years ago, he wanted to ask her for directions to find Fefnir Thessalie because he was hired to assassinate him. While they were talking, she revealed her heatstone and the greedy assassin stole it from her.
Eve Ning followed him to the lake and stole his soul while he was sleeping, she then drowned his body and broke his Shortswords, she was content with having his soul and left her heartstone on his person, seeking adventurers to fetch it for her, her goal is to trap more souls of adventurers in her bag.
