Turvy is originally from Blingdenstone in the Underdark. He was captured by the Drow while out gathering mushrooms in the tunnels near his home. Like most other Svirfneblin, Turvy only has a few tufts of hair atop his otherwise bald head. Turvy constantly mumbles and mutters darkly, with Topsy repeating or translating what her brother says.
Turvy hides the fact that he's a Wererat. Infected with the curse of lycanthropy, he hasn't entirely embraced it yet, and he struggles to control his Wererat instincts and urges. He is fearful of what potential allies might do if they learn the truth, and is looking out for his sister and his own survival.
