Zhentarim Test

Time management:

• Every action takes 10 minutes to perform.
• The same action can be performed multiple times on the same target

Teleportation stations:

• Passing through a portal is instant, but the portal becomes inactive for 10 minutes afterwards.
• Every portal station has a color and a code word to activate it.

Special passage:

• The door to the room with the statue is locked - DC 17
• Below the dragon statue there is an entrance to a stairway passage that leads inside the dungeon.

Books:

• The door to the toilet is locked - DC 12
• The open book in the south room includes the code words for the blue and green portals in the dungeon

A Cockatrice dwells in the green portal room.

Wants the party to steal Bloody Rose from Lilith's house, he specifically asks to only still the Sword and nothing else.

• If the party shows up with Bloody Rose Glenn lets them keep it. telling them that they are welcome to join the Zhentarim if they wish. He also pays them 20gp each for a job well done saying "Crime pays very well".
• If the party stole anything else, Lilith shows up right after them, standing by Glenn and telling the party that they failed her test. She gives them a chance to return any stolen goods. If they return what they stole they will not be able to join the Zhentarim.
• If they keep any of the treasure for themselves Lilith lets them go, and will attempt to pickpocket them every day, leaving them a note every time she succeeds. "Never steal from a Zhentarim agent, L."

Lilith is a kind and very hospitable, she will show the PCs around her house, when suddenly Glenn is going to show up and tell her she is needed quickly for an urgent matter. She will tell the PCs to feel at home, and tell them she'll be right back.

Lilith is Glenn's superior in the Zhentarim and will wait outside the house for 1 hour, giving the PCs enough time to steal Bloody Rose.

After an hour has passed she'll get back to the house and look for the PCs, if she catches them in the act she will ask them to leave before calling the guards. She will attempt to pickpocket the last person to leave stealing 2d20 gp if she succeeds. (Passive Perception vs Sleight of hand check)
