Madrigals Wall

Madrigal's Wall defends the western land approaches to the city. It is not only high but immensely thick, and sloped to resist cannon fire. Originally built by Marcus Madrigal, the sitting Imperial Governor during The Recall, it has been expanded and stengthened over the years.  Cannons line the wall, in addition to towers spaced along its length. The wall is only pierced in two places, the Gate of the Sun in the south and the Gate of the Moon in the north. Both these massive gates see considerable traffic at all times of the day and night.
