Captain Rose is the captain of the pirate frigate The Wild Rose.
She grew up wild in Skull River Bay the daughter of a prostitute. She had one sister who died when Rose was in her teens. She joined a pirate crew soon after and before too long she was captain of her own ship.
it Is rumored she is favored of the deity know as the The Lady, at least she has been at times spectacularly lucky during the course of her career.
It would be fair to say that Rose has anger issues, especially with regards to the male gender. Her ship is entirely crewed by women and is infamous for sometimes after capturing a prize, executing every man on board.
She is a skilled sailor and warrior and her specially built (that she designed herself) The Wild Rose is one of the fastest and most powerful ships on the seas. Her crew, called “The Thorns” are skilled fighters and also number among them at least one fairly powerful magic wielder.
