Ringo has the reputation of having the best bargains at the market and only selling decent merchandise. Probably best to not ask questions about where he got all this used weaponry.
Ringo’s blades are often haunted by their former owners.
For any blade bought at his shop there is a 30% chance the blade is haunted. Most people will never know this but anyone who is shadow touched may come into contact with the ghost which could result in either beneficial or detrimental outcomes.
