This extremely old church is said to have been consecrated by St Ursula herself, one of Mithra's original companions. The church was originally a pilgrimage site for the Northern Church of Mithras however following the conquest of the town it now holds Orthodox services and is no longer a pilgrimage destination.

Despite being somewhat dilapidated, the church is still quite lovely, the twin golden domes of the two belltowers shine brightly in the tropical sun are easily visible from far away. The church also possess extensive murals and frescos that tell various tales from the life of Mithra and the saints.
