This tall bellower is the highest point in the vicinity, and from the top of it, on a clear day, one can see from many miles, all the way down the river to the coast.
Times being what they are, the nuns usually keep a lookout posted here.
It's rumored that one of the bells of the tower was forged by Mithra itself, and the bells were one of the relics that made this location a pilgrimage destination.
