This rapier, once owned by the legendary warlock Carnamagos is extremely simple of design with a black blade and simple wrought iron hilt. However, under the right light the astute eye can see that the entire blade is covered by faintly etched runes. This weapon can only be wielded by a warlock.
Legend has it this blade was wielded by the famed warlock Carnamagos himself.
