Kevin runs a merchant stall called "Alorica’s Accounts and Arrears"
Kelvin’s stall consists of a large desk sat in front of a large, deep purple tent. Inside the tent rows of of scrolls can be seen nestled in purpose built shelves. At the desk sits a tiefling man in his forties wearing grey robes and the expression of an accountant. If the party approach he will be writing in a ledger.
The only decorations to his stall are a sign above the desk announcing that ”Contracts of Debt” are bought and sold, and a cage holding a small implike creature.
Kelvin is a mortal business man and as such will be completely forthright as to the services he provides. From his stall the party can buy contracts of Fey or Infernal debt which can be used to temporarily summon the indebted entity to perform some service. The power of creature, service involved and thus the price vary wildly from a dryad who can cause some plants to grow especially well all the way up to a mighty Knockshigowna that will attack the party’s foes in battle.
If the party seem interested in buying from him, Kelvin will discuss their budget
and likely needs before offering them several suggestions.
Kelvin prefers favors of any sort of transaction but if the party make a good
impression then he can be persuaded to take magic items or other valuables. In
return, he will give the party a scroll with the discussed debt detailed on its
surface.
