This hall is devoted to works of art from the Imperial Age. The walls are hung with paintings; sculptures line the halls.
Only one the artworks is animated, a large 4x6 oil painting called "The Duelist."
The duelist challenges the party to elect a champion and fight a duel with him.
The duel is a classic pistol duel, and is conducted as follows.
- Opposed Dex check to see who turns and fires first
- Duelist can take a negative to to-hit as a positive to the dex check
- The duelist has an AC of 20
- The first to score a successful hit wins
- If neither, fresh pistols are produced and another round is fought
