This neighborhood that runs along the mountain range to the north of the city has recently undergone seismic changes as City Hall has licensed the opening of two mines. Cut straight into the base of the mountain these mines provide coal and rare metals to the city. Unlike the mines on the North Road, these mines have only just begun to be dug and there are hopes they could yield a vast fortune for their owners. The miners, many of whom live in the hastily erected and quickly expanding houses of the neighborhood led less hopeful and prosperous lives. The neighborhoods industry is centered around the mine and parting the miners from their paychecks.
