Home to the cities port and part of the reason for Albasa’s rise to becoming the capital during the Kalhom Empire. These days the port is busier than ever as grain and machinery are imported from Mixa and coal and rare metals are exported out to Mixa, Donanna and New Pompa. Home to massive warehouses and the types of rowdy entertainments preferred by sailors and dock workers. Needless to say, with valuables coming in and out of port every day the neighborhood is a hotbed of crime – with cargo going missing on such a regular basis that importers and exporters work the losses into their business plans.
