Shamchess is the god of motorbikes in the Religion of Tee-hi which their members follow. It is a mixed race gang. They run drugs, mainly commune and Bug Powder supplied by the goblins from Greenville. They also run protection rackets in their neighborhoods.

A dwarf in his mid-50s, Waco’s strength, historically, has been his unpredictability. Capable of being forgiving or inflicting immense violence he always keeps everyone guessing what his reaction will be. He is a classic wild card who loves thrills and chaos.
