The largest Goblin street gang in the city. They advocate a return to the traditional ways, the ways of the swamps. Their illegal use of magic has made them a target for law enforcement who are determined that if crimes are committed in the city they are done so ‘by natural means’. Goblin warlocks, students of the old magical beliefs of the swamps the ‘shamlock’, aid the gang with a range of illegal activities. They run speakeasies in Greenville and deal drugs made from the Swamp Lilies in Havok.

Tehon’s rhetoric has become more and more racially focused, railing against goblin mistreatment by the colonial races he advocates anarchic violent resistance. Quick tempered and unpredictable he has a fiery devotion to the cause.
