A grid system of paved roads mark the boarders of the cities twenty neighborhoods. Over the years each neighborhood has developed its own distinct personality, from the refined academic air of Edgebury to the bright lights and glitzy clamor of Uptown, from the deviant and lawless swamps of Greenville to the tourist filled beaches of Point Shore. Each neighborhood enjoys a certain degree of independence with their own delegate who represents their interests in City Hall. They can form power blocks and appeal to the mayor to make political changes that reflect the interests of their neighborhood.
