Whilst is uniform is clean, it is creased and slightly disheveled looking and while his gold police badges gleam, his yellow tie looks old and frayed. His hair, moustache and even the stubble upon his irregular shaved chin are all white. He wears a black eye patch over his right eye, his left is a murky grey. He has deep lines upon his face, too deep for a man his age. He gives the overall impression of someone who is trying to look formal but has got dressed in a rush, without time for the details.
