The Slush is the locals name for the south end of Havok. Due it it being close to the swamp and covered in slushy mud. Anyone who does drive their car down there will probably want it cleaned, especially if they're heading back to the smatter part of town. This business relies on respectable people wanting to get rid of the tell take signs that they have been driving round disreputable Havok.
