This is the seat of power in both Albasa City and the wider state. It is were the Representatives from each of the Neighborhoods meets and the representatives from the other cities and farmlands. It is the office of the major or the heart of political life in the state. It is split between the political and adminsteritrail as it also deals with things like licenses for fire arms and magic at the hospitals. It raises taxes and uses them to pay the private companies that provide the cities civic needs.
