A traditional tea rooms that caters to the aristos and would-be aristos of Edgebury. The Kaybar has a long history and many years ago it served as an after-hours drinking club for those that owned the giant flying birds after which the café is named. They serve tea and finger food, but their specialty is a boiled Sirin Egg with saldan sauce. This is a sauce made using two plants from the swamp. These are enormously expensive and must be ordered 24 hours in advance. If people hear that one is going to be eaten crowds will gather to watch such a spectacle of opulence. Currently the craze is for tea bags in the shape of the fish that swim in the waterways of The Deep Swamp. The tea is actually brewed from plants that are found in the swamp and dried.campaigns%2F88590%2F4ee06fa6-bf4f-43a9-bc4f-1b79709c5138.jpg?webpfallback
