It was discovered by Iddinai that the now dead crew of the Prompto had jury-rigged the helm to make sure if the ship was fully taken over, that it would not crash into Ibos. Unfortunately, an encounter between Iddinai, Zi Pellax VIII, and a red Slaad resulted in the NRS Prompto being kicked off of it's "adjusted course" to be steered by Ibos' gravitational pull into the planet.

Once a transport ship delivering agricultural goods for the colonies on Ibos, the NRS Prompto was a shell of its former self upon exploration by Iddinai. The ship was littered with Slaad and the corpses of the former crew.
