In all seriousness, the toads Abal employs are actually native Jozik and Nibash'rang from the wilds of Oloria. Although they are being adequately compensated and treated with respect by Abal, their work requires them to play the part of fools for entertainment. Slightly demeaning work, but not much else native froglike people can do in Castellix.
