A series of organizations based upon the cult worship of the Numina in the Caelum Galaxy.
As their objects of worship tend to be, these cults vary greatly in alignment and dedication to achieving their objectives. Some are vigilante groups working towards the betterment of sentient life, while others vie for their destruction. There are even more anthropological cultists who work to find the Numina to bring them back to power. Whatever the case, they rarely operate within Intergalactic Federation law.
