Workers (Literally) of the World
When the Dragon Gods saw fit to make their own beings after witnessing proto-Humans, Bahamut’s creation was the stout and mighty Dwarf. Molded from clay, rock, and volcanic ash, Dwarves were given a sturdy constitution and deep passion for craftsmanship.
Kingdoms Upon Kingdoms

The Great Exodus of the Underlands
- Hill Dwarf -
- Mountain Dwarf - Residing in the highest mountains of the Angshire Kingdom, Mountain Dwarves follow a caste system where each section of society has their place and purpose, as determined by ancient depictions of Bahamut's Dwarven form (known as "Bruenor", which roughly translates to 'The Voice of Thunder and Sky, Hammer In Hand, Love In Heart").
- Moss Dwarf - Unique to the duchy of Unknown, Moss Dwarves are known for their incredible burrowing skills, friendly nature, and odd tree-like skin that can even grow plants and fungi.
- Underlands Dwarf - Dwarves that did not join the Great Exodus stayed in the Underlands. Overtime, they were warped by the chaotic magic of its deepest layers and became enslaved by strange beings hundreds of miles within the Underlands. Underlands Dwarves are known for their unique form of magic, antagonistic and xenophobic nature, and excellent weapons and armor smithing.
