Elvish is the family of languages as spoken by the elves of Iralas.
Its variations and subgroups are as numerous as the elves themselves.
The language commonly known as Elvish described the tongue spoken by those growing up in Half-elf, Wood Elf, and even Frost Elf cultures.
In practice, it functions like Common, though the language itself is far more sophisticated. It is distantly related to High-Elvish, but has diverged to a point where two people only speaking Elvish and High-Elvish cannot really understand each other.
