Worshipped by sailors and those that travel the seas, Ulkar, also known as the Father of Storms, is the deity presumed responsible for favorable winds.
Storms are generally considered to be Ulkar's rage, and a strong wind carrying a ship in the desired direction to be Ulkar's blessing.
Seagulls and other birds seen during oceanic journeys are seen as good omens.

Ulkar does not have traditional temples; some ships may have a small shrine dedicated to him.

Merchants, traders, pirates, and sailors alike worship Ulkar. Clerics who sail in his name tend to be of the Tempest domain.
