The desert region of Alsara Samita lays in the east of Azzazuum, south of the Star Peaks, and east of the Mountains of the Moon.
It is an ancient land, graveyard to the forgotten empires of Mephun, Arshash, and Kolech.
Now, not much remains; ruins, scattered camps, and the cities of Karnath, Vir, Zamoria, Belphar and Al Amar.
