In a skirmish that leaves basically all involved heavily wounded, Silvayn and Lorenzo almost make it out the main gate, before being forced to stand down as Luciano Vanitoso faced multiple sharp weapons against his throat.
Recaptured, Alessa authorizes the transfer of the three prisoners to a camp somewhere south, indicating that Vito Vitali will be most interested in the trio.
While being transported, the dire situation shifts suddenly and violently as purple energy crackles through the convoy. After a crash frees the trio, they face down a final prison guard, before being confronted with their savior: Aedan Elamorv, who has an agenda entirely of his own with the survivors.
