This curious orb reflects all, except those who hold it.
When thrown, it shatters upon collision. The thrower disappears with the sudden sound of crystals shattering, and immediately reappears where the orb was broken, holding the orb.
It holds 1d6 charges; upon usage, roll a d6. On a 1, it changes to 1d4 charges. If a 1 is rolled when it's size is a d4, you teleports one last time, but the orb does not reappear.
