He can be found lingering in corners and unexpected areas or wandering around immersed in his "Portable shadow" only revealing himself if you are to ask him politely. He lingers around near the city arranging "dead drops" for a "business partner" often leaving darts in walls or spray bottles around to signal collection. He is also responsible for the organ harvesting of Jan C. Glesworth on behalf of ⬛⬛Cody⬛⬛ in exchange for a mysterious glowing green rock.

We had just entered that hotel's secret basement when we saw the state he left it in. Body bags rampant in numbers scattered all around, some empty, some not, some half full [Bodies have been identified, see physical version of document for identities] . A rack of perfectly sharpened and cleaned assortments of knives. Blood bags, syringes, strange concoctions and this strange green crystal [This crystal was later identified as object J4-CK, an infinite source of fuel and a traceless lethal poison, being contained in water.] He had small transparent blue circular cameras set up around the whole hotel disguised either as regular objects or in plain sight.
