Muscle Chef is the sous chef of The Golden Rose. He lives deep in the tallest of mountains. Muscle Chef is known for his brutal workout routine. He doesn't go into detail, but it is known to include thousands of push-ups, sit-ups, jogs that last hours with no break, a perfect home-cooked three meal diet that he makes himself, a perfect sleep schedule, and every day without fail. His mountain is a tall and treacherous climb, one that he goes up and down multiple times a day to get to and from work. He is respected and beloved by all of the creatures that live in the mountains, from the smallest little ant to the mightiest of bears. Muscle chef makes sure to always make enough food for his woodland friends to share with him.
Muscle Chef gets all of his ingredients fresh from his mother's farm, farmers markets, and from foraging in the mountains for fruits and vegetables. He is well known in Yew Nork for his wonderful meals. The Golden Rose is known for its cheap food at affordable prices, but when Muscle Chef is on duty, all the food he serves is freshly made and cooked to order.
Muscle Chef is a humble pacifist, he refuses to fight with violence and will always use his words to keep the peace in Yew Nork. However, there are circumstances where even Muscle Chef must put his pacifism aside and use his strength for combat. These circumstances include when his friends are threatened, when his friends are harmed, and ESPECIALLY when anyone does anything to his mama. Muscle Chef is very much a mama's boy and will fight tooth and nail to make sure his sweet old mother can live peacefully in her old age.
Muscle Chef's Mother lives in a cozy little farm house in Muscle Chef's home country of Musclevania, a very unknown little country near Russia.
Muscle Chef is one of the physically strongest men on earth, due to his intense training and powerful frame. He used to play an intense form of tennis in which the competitors would hold up frying pans instead of tennis rackets. After every game Muscle Chef would cook a nice meal for his teammates and his opponents. After a while, he realized that he preferred cooking with his pan rather that fighting with it. He loves cooking for his friends and believes a good meal can solve any problem.
When he is not cooking or cleaning the restaurant in Yew Nork, Muscle Chef likes to sit next to his campfire in the mountains and read a good book. He is a very sweet man always happy to help his friends.
