He is a hard person to scam, however Gir's terrible products seem to be bought by him due to his amazing advertisement.
His arsenal consists of his slaps, a taser he bought before it was thrown out of Yew Nork, and a literal Elvis Presley in his Pocket. The Artifact Collector possesses a somewhat sixth sense for artifacts, even appearing in the strangest of locations as long as anything artifact related is mentioned. Though he will not always hear them.
He has purchased Mileth Thollo after a brief interaction with him, Mileth also brought light to the Elvis in his pocket, which he now swings the man himself around as a weapon.
